4 oz. olive oil

1 small cauliflower cut into bite size pieces

1 tin ripe olives, chopped

1 tin green olives, chopped

1 340ml jar pickled onions

3 crushed cloves garlic

1 tin mushroom stems and pieces, drained, chopped

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 113ml tin pimento, chopped

2 litres Ketchup

1 285ml bottle Chilli sauce

1 375ml "hot" Ketchup

1 750ml sweet mixed pickles, chopped

Drain and rinse with boiling water:

2 tins chunk light tuna

4-6 tins small shrimp

Do all chopping by hand not in a food processor or blender.

Cook, stirring constantly for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat until it starts to be at constant bubble. Simmer for 15 minutes more. Add drained and rinsed tuna and shrimp to simmering mixture.

Heat another 5 minutes. Place in hot sterilized jars and seal. Can also be frozen. Makes 10 355ml jars.
