2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted cooled to room temperature
1 6oz. pkg. or 1 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream or ice cream
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar, beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes one 9 inch pie.
May be doubled.
Bake 2 pies and freeze one for later use.
